Terms of Service

By using listmysaas.xyz (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. ListMySaaS is operated by ListMySaaS (“we”, “us”).
Free listings
Free submissions go through a review queue. About 48 hours after you submit we check that our badge is on your site and that your site has a Domain Rating of 10 or more; listings that pass are published 7 days later with a profile page that links to your site. If something is missing we email you and you have 7 days to fix it, after which the unpublished listing is removed. Free listings are moderated; we may reject submissions that are misleading, non-functional, or violate our editorial policy. There is no fee for rejected submissions.
Premium Launch
Premium Launch is a paid one-time fee. Your listing is published the same day, without the free queue and without the badge or Domain Rating requirement. Every approved listing, free or paid, links to your site; links from paid placements are marked rel="sponsored", as search engines require for paid links. The fee pays for speed and placement, not for the link. Refunds are available within 14 days if your listing has not yet been featured. After 14 days, refunds are discretionary.
Done-for-you submissions
The done-for-you submission pack is a service: we manually submit your tool to 60+ or 100+ curated directories, depending on the pack you buy, and deliver a Notion report with each directory's name, status, approved links and screenshot proofs. Every pack comes with a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with the results, we will work with you to make it right or provide a refund.
Prohibited Content and Activities
To ensure compliance with applicable laws, payment-provider standards, and platform safety guidelines, the following rules apply to all listings, submissions, user accounts, and platform interactions:
1. Adult Content
Users may not upload, publish, distribute, promote, sell, or otherwise make available adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content through the platform.
2. Illegal Content and Activities
Users may not upload, publish, distribute, promote, or link to content or websites that facilitate, promote, or enable illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove prohibited content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other appropriate action when users violate these rules or applicable law.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload, publish, or share through the platform complies with these rules and all applicable laws.
The platform may update these rules from time to time to maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, payment-provider, and platform requirements.
Affiliate links and paid placements
Some links on ListMySaaS are affiliate links. If you sign up for or buy a product through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Featured listings are paid placements and carry a “Featured” label. Featured tools, then tools we have an affiliate link with, are shown first in lists such as the homepage, the directory, category pages and best-of rankings.
Neither affects a tool's score. Scores come from the checks described in our methodology, and we only link to products we list in the directory.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the description, tagline, and tags you submit. You grant ListMySaaS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, cache, and surface your listing in search results, social cards, and machine-readable feeds (sitemap, RSS, llms.txt, JSON-LD).
Limitation of liability
ListMySaaS is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the directory accurate, but we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost traffic, lost revenue, or inaccurate listings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes are summarised on the changelog.
