Enter a URL above to see how it unfurls on social platforms.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Paste a URL

Enter any public page URL — your homepage, a blog post, a product page.

  2. Step 2

    We fetch and probe

Our server fetches the HTML, extracts all Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, then HEAD-probes the og:image to confirm it's reachable and checks its dimensions.

  3. Step 3

    See previews + diagnosis

You get live previews of how the card will render on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Slack, plus warnings for missing tags and image issues.

FAQ

Why is my og:image not appearing in the previews?
Three common causes: (1) the image is not served over HTTPS — Facebook refuses non-HTTPS images; (2) the image is too small — most platforms need at least 200×200 and look best at 1200×630; (3) the page has og:image set but the image URL returns 404 — re-paste the URL in a browser to confirm. The image probe section in the result will tell you which it is.
Should I set Open Graph, Twitter Card, or both?
Both. Open Graph is read by Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, iMessage, and most other platforms. Twitter Card (X) prefers twitter:card but falls back to og:* if Twitter Card tags are missing. The minimum safe set is the six og:* tags plus twitter:card.
How often do social platforms re-scrape my page?
Facebook re-scrapes every 30 days or when you hit the Sharing Debugger; Twitter re-scrapes within minutes of a new share but caches the result for 7 days; LinkedIn is the slowest, often a few days. If you change og:* tags, use the platform debuggers to force a re-scrape.
