An Open Graph preview shows the card Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, and X build from your page. Paste a URL to see the title, description, and image each network is likely to use.

The tool also checks that the image URL responds and is large enough. A missing og:image, a tiny image, or a non-HTTPS URL is the usual reason a share looks blank.

FAQ

Why is my image missing from the preview?
The image is often not served over HTTPS, smaller than 200 by 200 pixels, or the image URL returns an error. The result names which of those it is.
Should I set Open Graph, Twitter Card, or both?
Both. Open Graph covers Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, and most chat apps. X prefers Twitter Card tags and falls back to Open Graph when those are missing.
How often do networks re-read my page?
They cache cards. After you change tags, use each network's debugger to ask for a fresh fetch.
