Airway Trainer

Airway Trainer is a mobile application focused on helping users reduce snoring and improve overall sleep quality through guided orofacial and myofunctional exercises.

The app was created to make an effective but often inaccessible form of therapy available to a wider audience, removing the need for expensive in-person sessions and long term clinical commitments.

The idea originated from a personal experience with chronic snoring and sleep apnea, where structured airway exercises delivered significant results in a short period of time. Despite their effectiveness, these treatments were costly and not widely known.

Airway Trainer was developed to bridge that gap by transforming clinically guided therapy into a simple, accessible mobile experience that anyone can follow at home.

At its core, the app focuses on strengthening the muscles of the tongue, throat, and airway, which can weaken over time due to modern lifestyle factors such as diet and reduced natural muscle use. Weak airway muscles can collapse during sleep, leading to snoring and disrupted breathing.

Airway Trainer addresses this by delivering targeted exercises that improve muscle tone and reduce obstruction, helping users achieve quieter and more restorative sleep.

A key feature of the platform is its personalized approach. Users begin by answering questions about their snoring patterns, breathing habits, and facial posture.
